Create renderIn short
Exhibition stand design for Dubai means a 3D concept at the plot size on the floor plan, a photoreal render for the client and an AutoCAD DXF the builder can quote from. ExhibitionBase Studio does that from a brief and the brand's website, for GITEX, Gulfood, WHX, ADIPEC, Big 5 and the other shows at DWTC, Expo City and ADNEC. Stand builders use it to answer more tenders. Exhibitors use it to see a concept before they ask builders for quotes.

What you get.
A concept before the quote
Exhibitors arrive with a picture and a drawing. Builders stop redrawing the same 3×3 and 6×6 from a paragraph in an email.
The plot on the floor plan
Enter the width, depth, open sides and the hall's height limit. The concept stays inside that box.
Brief, then 3D, then DXF
Paste the client's website and brief. Studio designs the stand, renders it and exports the plan and elevations the workshop quotes from.
Looks Dubai shows actually build
Double-deck islands, country pavilions and hospitality bars are in the template library. Resize one to the plot instead of starting from an empty file.
Arabic logos and bilingual walls
Upload the Arabic and English logo files. Review the graphics before you render; Studio places the files you give it, it does not translate the copy.
Credits, shown in AED
Packs are charged in US dollars. The dirham is pegged, so the page shows the approximate AED beside each pack. Editing and DXF export stay free.
How it works
Three steps, no CAD skills needed.
- 01
Brief
Stand size, open sides, the show's height limit, and the brand website. Name the show if the stand is for GITEX, Gulfood, WHX, ADIPEC or Big 5.
- 02
3D and render
Edit the layout, then render the aisle view the client will approve. Share a review link so they can comment on the model.
- 03
DXF for the quote
Export the plan, elevations and schedule. Send the same pack to every builder so the prices are for one stand, not three interpretations.

Show dates were checked on the organisers' sites on 4 November 2026. Intersec's January 2027 dates come from a UAE listing: confirm them with the organiser before you book.
Dubai World Trade Centre
GITEX, Gulfood, Big 5 Global and Intersec use DWTC halls. Build height, rigging and double-deck rules are set per hall in that show's exhibitor manual.
Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City
Newer shows use the halls at Expo City. Treat the manual's height and floor-loading limits as the design constraint, not a rule of thumb from another venue.
ADNEC, Abu Dhabi
ADIPEC and other Abu Dhabi shows build at ADNEC. The same Studio file works; the venue rules and the official contractor do not.

FAQ
Good to know.
01Does a Studio design meet DWTC rules?
Studio keeps the concept inside the size and height you enter. It does not submit drawings to DWTC, DEC or ADNEC, and it does not engineer structure, rigging or electrics. Read the show manual and have your stand builder lodge the approval set. The venue-rules guide lists what those manuals usually ask for.
02Can the stand carry an Arabic logo?
Yes. Upload the Arabic logo, or both Arabic and English files, and check the placement on the 3D model before you render. Studio does not translate headlines; put the approved copy in the brief or on the graphic.
03Which files can a Dubai contractor open?
Layered DXF in millimetres, an A3 PDF drawing pack, SVG, a CSV schedule, and GLB or OBJ. Builders who work in AutoCAD open the DXF directly.
04Is this a stand builder?
No. Studio is the design tool. A contractor in Dubai still prices, engineers and builds the stand, and the organiser still approves it. Use Studio so that quote starts from a drawing.
05Can a stand builder build from these designs?
Studio produces dimension-controlled concept designs with plans, elevations and a schedule that are accurate to the 3D model, which is ideal for pitching, quoting and planning. Structure, rigging, electrics, fire safety and venue approvals still need your stand builder and the organiser.
06How much does Studio cost?
Studio runs on credits. Every workspace gets 5 starter credits once. Buy more when you need them: no subscription, no monthly charges and purchased credits never expire. An AI stand design costs 5 credits, a render 5 (8 in 2K) and image to CAD 4. Editing, drawings and exports are free. Top-up packs start at 40 credits for $15.
