Who it's for

Booth design software for stand builders

The tender arrives as a paragraph, a logo and a stand size. You need a picture and a drawing before the other workshop replies. That is the job Studio is for.

In short

Stand builders use ExhibitionBase Studio to answer more tenders: paste the client's website, enter the plot, and get an editable 3D stand, a render and a DXF without a designer sitting on the file all afternoon. You still engineer and build it. The software gets you to a quoteable concept while the enquiry is warm.

The size from the floor plan

Type the metres and the open sides. The concept cannot spill into the aisle, which is where a pretty render usually lies.

One file for estimating

Plan, elevations and a CSV schedule. Your estimator prices objects, not a mood.

Another option without a redraw

Generate a second concept from the same brief when the client says they want to see something else.

The leads live next door

ExhibitionBase, the CRM, turns floor plans into exhibitor lists with stand sizes. Studio designs the stand you are pitching them.

Questions

Will my workshop build from this?

From the DXF and the schedule, as a concept. Your detailers still draw joints, electrics and the venue pack. The point is that estimating starts from one agreed layout.

Does it replace SketchUp?

For the first concept, often yes. For a bespoke detail or a hero visual with a specialist renderer, no. Export GLB or DXF and continue there.

How do credits work for a busy week?

Buy a pack. They do not expire and there is no seat fee. A quiet month costs nothing.

Your next stand

Design the stand before the client asks twice.

Start with 5 free credits: enough for a complete AI stand design. Editing, drawings and exports are always free.
