Exhibition stand design software
From a client brief to three 3D stand concepts in minutes
Studio reads the brief and the brand's website, then plans reception, meeting, demo, hospitality and storage zones inside your stand size, stand type and height limit. You get three different directions to compare, each fully editable.

Create renderIn short
Brief to 3D booth design turns a written exhibition brief into a 3D stand layout. In ExhibitionBase Studio you enter the stand size, stand type (row, corner, peninsula or island) and must-haves, add the brand's website and brief, and AI returns an editable 3D concept that keeps to your dimensions, open sides and maximum height.
Brief to 3D stand design
What you get.
Reads the brand's website
What they sell, who to, their colours, tone and logo, so concepts fit the brand rather than a template.
Import the PDF brief
Drop in the client's brief as a PDF; its text joins your notes and drives the concepts.
Exact size and open sides
Up to 900 m² (2 to 60 m a side), up to 8 m high, as a row, corner, peninsula or island stand. Nothing is placed outside it.
A complete concept
One finished layout for 5 Studio credits, with every must-have, a visitor journey, materials and notes.
Edit freely
Move, resize, rotate, recolour, add or remove walls, counters, screens, seating and planters. Manual editing is free.
Ask AI for changes
"Add a private meeting room", "open up the corner": one sentence reworks the design for 3 Studio credits.

FAQ
Good to know.
01Which stand types and sizes are supported?
Row (one open side), corner (two), peninsula (three) and island (four) stands from 2 × 2 m up to 900 m² of floor (for example 30 × 30 m or 45 × 20 m), with a maximum height of up to 8 m.
02Do I need CAD or 3D skills?
No. You describe the stand and Studio builds it. Designers who do use CAD can export the drawings as DXF and the model as GLB or OBJ.
03What does the AI use from the brand's website?
Only the public home page and its stylesheets: the brand name, what it offers, its audience and personality, its colours and its logo. You can edit everything it writes.
04Can a stand builder build from these designs?
Studio produces dimension-controlled concept designs with plans, elevations and a schedule that are accurate to the 3D model, which is ideal for pitching, quoting and planning. Structure, rigging, electrics, fire safety and venue approvals still need your stand builder and the organiser.
05How much does Studio cost?
Studio runs on credits. Every workspace gets 5 starter credits once. Buy more when you need them: no subscription, no monthly charges and purchased credits never expire. An AI stand design costs 5 credits, a render 5 (8 in 2K) and image to CAD 4. Editing, drawings and exports are free. Top-up packs start at 100 credits for $15.
